After barely ever stepping foot in a gym let alone a group fitness class due to my lack of confidence, I finally mustered up the courage to join HB Fitness and I'm so glad I did! Hayley is a friendly, kind and passionate trainer and as a result she has helped me and continues to help me build my confidence and enjoyment for exercise. Her group training sessions are fun, motivating and suitable for all fitness levels and a great way to start the day. Hayley has tailored my PT sessions to help me achieve my goals and she is always encouraging and supportive, pushing me in the nicest way to prove to me what I am capable of. I have been working with Hayley as my nutritionist for the past two months and the recipes she has designed for me are not only delicious but full of nutrients I was unaware I was missing.
