I was nervous to sign up but am so glad I did. Every one is really welcoming and kind. The work outs are different every time, its not boring like a regular gym can be sometimes. The trainers are very supportive and adjust the sessions to meet you where you are at- there is no pressure to do anything you are not comfortable with. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend HB Fitness! The team are so professional, friendly and encouraging. I’ve never stayed at a gym or with a trainer for longer than a few months and I have been with HB for over a year now so that must say something. The sessions are always fun and challenging with a wide variety to keep you interested.
