I signed up to Hayley’s 8 Week challenge to give myself a start date to commit to eating healthy and improving my fitness. I found the meals tasty and so did my family, and over time I didn’t crave the junk food I used to. I also train with Hayley and both her and Jack push me to I get the most out of the workouts. I do feel like I have more energy and am more motivated, so think it was a good choice to sign up.

Hayley is amazing! I have been on a program for 6 weeks now and lost over 4kgs and 4% body fat, she has offered me incredible advice and educated me a lot. I can’t talk highly enough about her and how incredibly supportive and knowledgeable she is. Her meal plans are incredible, I have been eating delicious, nutritious food and still able to loose weight, she has shown me that food is fuel. I am very thankful for Haley.
